When preparing to welcome their baby, they realized that kids clothing industry lacked stylish and cute choices. As a couple, they established a shopping platform for parents to discover great deals, not only for themselves but also for their children without spending too much time and money.

Shipping Address: Please make sure that the shipping address is complete to avoid issues with Delivery. (Please include street number and apartment number to avoid issues with delivery)

Billing Information: Please make sure that the information you entered matches your credit card billing information to avoid payment issues.

Please note that our average processing time takes between 3 and 16 days depending on the availability of the items and to dispatch your order.
Shipping / delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping methods.

We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly but it may be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing between manufacturers so we have size chart available on most of our product pages. To find out the size for any item, click on the size chart in its Product Details page.
You can be assured that items are consistent with our size chart with an allowable deviation of only 2 centimeters for our Baby & Toddler products, 4 centimeters for our regular selections for Men and Women, and 5 centimeters for our Maternity/Nursing selections.
For the best fit, we do recommend buyers to not base their choice on the size they normally purchase, but to use a measuring tape and compare your measurements with our size chart. When measuring around your body, such as bust, waist and hips, you want to ensure that it is as horizontal as possible. Ensure that the measuring tool is always close against your body, but don’t hold it too tight. The general rule is close but comfortable – not tight and not loose.
You may also measure a similar style of clothing you currently own, that fits you well, and compare which size it corresponds to on our size chart.

Step 4: For you to view the tracking details

PatPat partners with major international shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex And EMS.

We will only know what shipping courier has your package when the package actually shipped out, for you to be able to know what shipping courier has your package, you will have to track your package 1st; 
Unfortunately, you don’t have the option to Change the courier, we select the best courier available in your location.

1. To ensure you will receive the package in time, please make sure the shipping address is accurate when placing order. 
2. For change shipping address, please contact us through the listed contact information, ease note that:
A. Country can not be changed after placing order. (As different country has different shipping fee free amount.)
B. We can only help you modify your shipping address BEFORE shipment.
III. If the order has already been shipped to destination country and you need to make changes on the address, we highly recommend to track your package, find out the shipping courier and reach out to them for arrangements, so they can reroute the package to the address where you want your package to be delivered.

Please make sure that all details of your order should be final before you submit your order. 
1. Once your order has been confirmed via email, you cannot add or remove an item to your order. 
2. If you find that you placed the wrong color or size, you can reach out to us through the listed contact for help. Our friendly Customer Service Team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

Please note that requesting changes for your order is limited to the following guidelines; Changes would still be possible if: 
1. An order is still in processing status 
2. No promotion has been applied on the order. 
3. Order changes is applicable for SIZE and COLOR as long as they have the same price. 
If in case changes on your order is no longer possible, please refer to our Return Policy.

30 days to Return?
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Things to take into consideration:
1. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
2. We offer Free Return Shipping but we do not provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
ITEMS purchased at Dilain Collections are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund

Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your returned Item
Please take time read through our Refund Policy information on how much you may expect to receive for a return.
Looking to Exchange?
Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with its’ Size or Quality, this can be arranged by simply following our Return procedure specifying “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution”.
Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.
